Our Services

Lawn Restoration

We start at the exterior edges of the yard trimming, pruning, plucking, de-weeding, picking up debris, hedging, poop scooping. We then proceed to move inward around fixture items of the yard doing the same. We then begin to mow the center of the yard and trim again if necessary. All cuttings are bagged unless a composting area is provided. We then ask you to come inspect and see there is anything else that may need to be done.

Lawn Maintenance

We come by bi-weekly to perform lawn care maintence, if a contractual service has been agreed to.

Lawn Fall and Spring Clean up

We pick up fallen branches and such. Take down or put back fixtures of the yard, uncover water faucets, roll up hoses. We then perform bagging and removal of leaves.

Dump Runs

We load and remove any items you have indicated. We do extensive cleaning of areas, or demolition of items.

$30 per quarter load $60 per half load $100 for full load. $10 fee for lots of glass or nails. $55 fee for anything with collant (dump charges $25.50 per item). $50 per hour cleaning charge for bagging of items, extensive cleaning of area, or demolition of items.

Clean Out

We will remove all items left from previous owner, sweep the floors, and make notes of all damages we can across. Depending on size of the job, client will need to provide
dumpster. We can also negotiate a lower price in exchange for ownership of valuable items left.
